Diabetes Info: My neck is darker than the rest of my body?

Hi,I did the following:

My neck is darker than the rest of my body?My body is pretty even except for my neck. It is darker
-Is there any natural home remedies for this
and please do not suggest tanning cause the color of rest of my body i like it
and no whitening creams

Btw i have no diabetes and i am not overweight

There is nothing you can really do if you dont want to use tanning lotion

Without a whitening cream, i'm not sure you can fix it. I'd honestly ask a doctor before trying any home remedies. They can irritate your skin.
