I am looking for diabetic cookie receipes I can cook for Christmas.?I am cooking cookies for the family but them have to be diabetic cookies. I would love for it to be a type of cookie were I can use a cookie cutter

Dear Lord, Please preserve me from having to eat any of the crud most people think of as Diabetic! Thank you Lord, from the bottom of my heart.
Ok, it is the white flour that bothers me even more than the sugars used to make cookies.
You can use Splenda or Splenda Brown Sugar measure for measure in any cookie recipe and they turn out just fine. But as I said it is the flour that gives me more problems.
I really want cookies that taste good! I may have only one of them, but please preserve me from having to bite any more make believe cookies.

Ingredients
2 C. Bisquick
2/3 C. brown Sugar Twin
1 box (4 serving size) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
1 box (4 serving size) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
4 Tbs. butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. mayonnaise
2 1/2 oz. chopped pecans
Directions
As listed, mix all ingredients together, beating well after each addition. Drop dough by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until firm. Cool on pan 5 minutes and then transfer to paper towels.
Yield: 4 dozen
